Diavlos flute case

Diavlos flute case

This diavlos flute case was created based on the depiction seen in the gallery above. Euterpe, the Muse of music, preferred the ancient double flute Diavlos and is frequently depicted playing this instrument in Ancient Greek artworks. This diavlos flute case was recreated using ancient designs, historically accurate materials and the Euterpe motif is sure to inspire modern day musicians and ancient melodies.
The flute case features a little pouch for the mouth pieces , a Greek waves border that extends all the way to the leather strap, and some decorative leather tassels. The main body of the flute case is made out of soft leather while the decorative pieces and and the strap are out of thicker natural cowhide.
