Epos Leather creates handmade ancient Greek armor inspired by historical sources, archaeological research, and experimental reconstructions. Our work focuses on recreating functional and visually accurate armor from Classical and Hellenistic Greece, including Greek linothorax armor, leather spolas cuirasses, and other hoplite and Macedonian period equipment.

Our reconstructions are used for historical reenactment, film productions, museum displays, and experimental archaeology. We collaborate with researchers and reenactment groups, including Koryvantes association, contributing to the practical study and reconstruction of ancient Greek warfare equipment.
The linothorax armor, one of the most iconic forms of ancient Greek protection, is a central focus of our work. We recreate both standard and specialized versions, including variations associated with Alexander the Great and Macedonian elite units.
Alongside this, we produce leather spolas armor, which represents another important type of Greek cuirass used during the Classical period.
