Below, you will find everything you need to make your purchase smooth and painless. If you don’t find the answer you need here, please contact us prior to ordering.

Below, you will find language that sets forth the terms of transactions between Epos Custom Leather and our clientele. While some of it appears strict, our first priority is to make you happy. In the unlikely event that we can’t, the rules below let you know what to expect from us.

All items will be shipped with tracking numbers originating in Greece (Our location), and insured at the customers request/expense. We ship worldwide and have never had any problems with delivery. Shipping happens after full payment of the item is received.



Refunds: In the event that the failure is due to a defect in workmanship, Epos Custom Leather will refund or replace the item at our discretion and no cost to you. Generally, refunds of any other nature are not permitted due to the personalized nature of our work. If we feel we can reasonably resell an item, Epos Custom Leather MAY accept a return item after discussing it with the client. However, we do everything in our power to make original items perfectly for our customers so refunds are unlikely.

Under no circumstances will a damaged/visibly worn item be returned.

Returns due to misinformation provided by the customer (i.e. sizing measurements, mis-spellings on names or words or other customer provided info are solely the responsibility of the customer and refunds for mistakes of this type are not allowed.

Personalized items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, unless they fall under the category of defect in workmanship.

If an item arrives and it is damaged by the courier, the customer should first try for recompense through the currier. If the item needs repair or replacement, Epos Custom Leather will assess the item on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy while protecting our interests as well. Epos Custom Leather guarantees their work to be free of defects of craftsmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We take painstaking care to make items that will last a lifetime, however, we source items such as hardware from other vendors, and while rare, these items can fail. In the event that the failure is due to a defect in workmanship, Epos Custom Leather will repay or replace the item at our discretion and no cost to you.



A project (custom order) will be started once a deposit is received ,which shall be be determined during the consultation phase. Personalized items are started after a 100% deposit and are non refundable.



Personalized items are those that have names, initials or any combination of design elements that would make the item unsalable to another person. These items are not eligible for refunds, with the exception of the unlikely event of a defective product.



An order may be cancelled by either the customer or Epos Custom Leather before start of the project for a full refund of any monies deposited. Start of a project consists of any act of furtherance taken by Epos Custom Leather for a project other than the consultation. These acts include, but are not limited to: Cutting leather for your project, purchase of any item for your project, any drawing or artwork for your project.



All items are custom made and are therefore subject to first come, first served basis. While we will estimate a production time for any item ordered, our backlog varies depending on pending orders so exact timeframes are difficult to provide.



We accept PayPal, credit card (US customers only) or bank deposit (European Customers).

Full payment is required in advance, unless specifically stated on a listing or otherwise arranged with Epos Custom Leather prior to the start of your project.
