The following information is intended to make the ordering process as straightforward and transparent as possible. Should you have any questions that are not addressed below, please feel free to contact us prior to placing an order.

 

Every piece produced by Epos Leather is individually handcrafted and approached with the utmost care and attention to detail. While the policies outlined below establish the terms governing transactions, our primary goal is always to ensure that our customers are satisfied with both the process and the finished work.

All orders are shipped from Greece and include tracking information. Shipping insurance is available upon request and at the customer’s expense.

 

We ship worldwide and have extensive experience delivering orders internationally. Items are dispatched once full payment has been received.

 

 

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our work, refunds are generally not available.

 

In the unlikely event that an item exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship, Epos Leather will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion and at no additional cost to the customer.

 

Returns of personalized items are not accepted under any circumstances unless a defect in workmanship is present.

 

Items that have been damaged through use, abuse, or visible wear are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including measurements, names, inscriptions, or other specifications, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not grounds for refund.

 

If an item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, customers are encouraged to first pursue compensation through the carrier. Epos Leather will gladly assess the situation and assist on a case-by-case basis to determine the most appropriate solution.

 

 

Epos Leather guarantees its workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

 

While every effort is made to create pieces intended to last a lifetime, certain components sourced from external suppliers, such as hardware, may occasionally fail. In the event that a defect in workmanship or materials is identified, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion and at no cost to the customer.

 

 

Custom projects commence only after a deposit has been received. The amount required will be determined during the consultation process.

 

Projects involving personalized items require full payment in advance and are non-refundable once work has begun.

 

 

Personalized items include names, initials, inscriptions, or design elements that render the piece unsuitable for resale to another customer.

 

Because of their unique nature, personalized items are not eligible for return or refund except in the unlikely event of a defect in workmanship.

 

 

Orders may be cancelled by either the customer or Epos Leather prior to the commencement of work, and any deposits paid will be refunded in full.

 

A project is considered to have commenced when materials have been purchased, leather has been cut, patterns have been created, artwork has been prepared, or any other work beyond the consultation phase has been undertaken.

 

Once production has begun, deposits and payments are non-refundable.

 

 

All pieces are handcrafted and produced on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Estimated production times are provided whenever possible. However, due to the unique nature of each commission and varying workloads, exact completion dates cannot always be guaranteed.

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as quality craftsmanship requires time.

 

 

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, full payment is required before production begins.
